Eating healthy again today. Down 5 lbs since starting, and I am super proud of myself. Getting Rami to the gym is easy, and he's always willing to go. Now to get his calories up as well! He's having a hard time meeting 2700 every day, almost as hard of a time as I am staying under 1700. challenge makes the heart grow stronger (and the muscles bigger, too!)
