Running tonight was tough! Jillian Michaels kicked my butt. Had this workout downloaded to my treadmill, and it included something I haven't been doing yet - hills! I know they say she is a fraud, and does everything wrong, and that she was just an actress pretending to be a trainer on the Biggest Loser. I don't care. Whether she developed it or not, somebody had an unhappy childhood and enjoys inflicting pain. I am done in.
I went a hundred or so calories over my RDI today, but I think I made up for it. I'm not too concerned about the weigh-in on Friday; I've been a pretty good boy. It's not likely I am going to make my 215 short range goal by December 15th - barring some miraculous intervention, but all things considered, I feel pretty good about my progress.
Getting to bed early tonight before I have a chance to think about overindulging. Need my strength for shopping with my granddaughter tomorrow anyway. Have a great evening my FS friends!

When you become successful, people will say things about you. She may not be the best personal trainer out there, but she is effective. I love her workouts. She's tough and pushes you to do it. That's what a personal trainer should do.

Way to tackle that hill. I am with you on the focusing on feeling good more so than the scale. Don't get me wrong I want it to go down but what is more important to me is how I feel. If I feel like a I did good I feel good. I also love to indulge here and there but don't want to feel guilty about it. Yes I am aware I could have done better but I still want to enjoy life. I'd like the balance that works for me. Anyway, enough about that. On another note, I think I am going to remind myself and other girls not to freak out about spiders anymore. lol
