Getting there. Had my first glass of wine after 2 months. One Only... Needs a few more weeks of care, that is Lower calories, and then will be able to introduce this body to its NORMAL allowed daily calories.
192.9 lb Lost so far: 20.9 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
