Went back to sleep for 3 hours and woke up lighter.
220.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 85.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I've done that, too. Weird. Most days, I weigh myself when I first get up, and again before I take a shower a couple of hours later. It usually goes up more than a pound in that time, after just one mug of coffee with cream and Truvia. No sense to it.
