Been a slow week in terms of weight loss. I've only managed 1 pound since last Tuesday. I am very happy with that however. I have been laid up and also it is TOM. Plus, I'm always happy with a loss no matter how big or small.

Despite not seeing much movement on the scale, I noticed that my clothes are feeling much slacker. This morning, I took some measurements and since begining my diet I've lost 6 inches from my waist, 3.5 inches from my thighs and an inch from my upper arms. Just goes to show, its not always about the number on the scale.

Hope everyone is well, the weather has really turned here, definetly time for scarf, hat and gloves!
