Nothing to see here, folks! Just water weight from carbz.

Grandparents Day at school! Family dinner tonight and will eat on plan.

Was sad to see my sister gained back the weight she lost on the HCG diet. My brother was packing extra pounds as well. At 73, my step mom maintains her weight with an hour on the treadmill, then resistance training and pilates every day. She can walk circles around me and has a really strong core. (She can do that thing where she sits like a "V.")
222.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 87.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entry for 06 October 2016:
1148 kcal Fat: 37.09g | Prot: 46.90g | Carb: 150.71g.   Breakfast: Honey, Butter, Trader Joe's Organic Soft White Bread, Coffee. Dinner: Beef or Meat Gravy, Wild Rice (Cooked), Pork Roasts (Top Loin, Boneless), Buckhorn Grill Corn Bread Muffin, Great Value Broccoli & Cauliflower. more...
gaining 12.6 lb a week

School lunches aren't the easiest thing on our WOE, but can't miss an opportunity to have lunch with the grandkids. The school my grandkids went to doesn't do it because too many kids don't have grandparents close enough to attend and they feel bad. I can see their point, but I sure would have enjoyed going. Now the 2 younger ones are homeschooled so that takes care of that!

Elise, it isn't easy catching her at home, but I should be able to upload something Wednesday morning ☺ Rhonda, they kick us out over the lunch hour. It's a two part day -- K, 1, 3, 4 in the am, then 2, 5-8 in the afternoon. There is a presentation with musical performance, then the classroom visits. More songs, then a craft and a game. We manage to get in a little lap sitting as well ☺ Some kids don't have grandparents, but others have 4, so they share ☺

Yes, that's how they do it here also. Ours is always the Wed before Thanksgiving. They just announced it this week and I am already thinking about the food....mashed potatoes, noodles, gravy, fruit, green beans, and pumpkin pie, ugh! We are a small town so lots of the kids know me cuz of my grandsons and I usually have several kids around me. If a child doesn't have a grandparent, they are welcome to bring any "special" person that day!
