figured out why I gained last week--I used a different scale that was 4 lbs heavier. :P so Im lighter now than my last weigh in, but I actually gained a couple lbs. no biggie though, am sticking to my jogging schedule and rocking it. wooo
199.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
