Thanksgiving happened this week. Although Thanksgiving is only on Thursday, my family celebrates it until Sunday, which means constant comfort food. The lowest I weighed before Thanksgiving was 151.3 but due to the holiday, I gained 3-4 pounds. Though I am thankful for Black Friday. I ran around so much going from store to store, which is why I didn't gain over 5 pounds because from the way I ate, I should've gained 10 pounds!!
154.8 lb Lost so far: 31.9 lb.    Still to go: 44.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
