Yay...I eat junk and I lose weight. I eat healthy I gain weight....curious phenomenon.
242.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 112.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Some people told you to increase your calories. Did the junk add more calories? If so, maybe they were right. The question is will you continue to lose weight with a higher calorie intake of real food?

Nice to see the green arrow. Concentrate on nourishing your body with enough of the best food you can get your hands on: not junk.
