Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.

If I were logging any food or exercise today - which I'm not - does anyone know how to log the weight-lifting done lugging the newspaper back to the house? You know, that heavy newspaper loaded down with all the sale flyers???!!! LOL!!

All in all, not a bad day, food-wise. Everything Atkins-friendly including my first try at making pumpkin cheesecake. Portions for the foods were a bit high today, but will be adjusted back to my "normal" range tomorrow.

I didn't count anything today, I was going to be so good, but didn't work out that way. Oh well.....I lugged a heavy paper too.....loaded down I figure it was a good weight lift LOL. I lugged up stairs as well....LOL......try anything.......Back on track tomorrow....
