I took this weekend "off" and went out of town to visit a freind, so I was away from all my normal coping mechanisms. I definitely feel it (and obviously notice it on the scale). I'm worse off than before I started. Plus, I'm about to start my period, so I'm feeling even more bloated.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
