Not sure why I gained! But I have been jogging consistently and following my diet plans so I am okay with the gain. I am building the important, lasting habits necessary, which is the most important thing. And who knows, maybe Ive gained muscle.

Goal is to slowly drop the cals so I dont shock my body and risk it holding onto every calorie, so week 1 I shot for under 2000-1800 cals/day, week 2 I did 1800-1700/day, and now Im dropping to no more than 1600/day. Eventual long-term goal is 1500-1400/day as per recommendations Ive read based on my weight, exercise & goals.

I have also "signed up" for a "running streak" challenge. Run at least 1 mile every day from Thanksgiving through New Years! Should be easy enough time & effort wise, the hard part will be dragging myself out the door in the COLD, DARK and WET!!! I am excited though, it will be fun!!!
201.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
