Well, doing this without calorie counting and without accountability has been a massive failure, so I'm back to try this again. The good news is that though I've gained weight, I'm nowhere near where I was when I started (still 30 pounds down from starting weight). The other good news is that unlike before, I'm in no rush to reach my goal, so I think that will help me in coming up with a reasonable plan for slow and steady weight loss. I plan on not letting this winter go to waste. (or waist, heh).

Looking forward to reconnecting with my old buddies and making new ones!
176.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
