Whew! So I'm back down to normal now. I suspected someone had sewn lead in my underwear or something yesterday before I weighed in. Anyway, during that grueling four days off from work, I lost track of my intake; and my memory just isn't good enough to backfill everything I ate during that period. I know I kept right at or just below my RDI, so even though I wasn't journaling on the computer, I was calculating with this keen, what you call it? Oh yeah: brain. - Going to be working late tonight on the truck, getting the oil changed and trailer lights working for a trip out to De Moine to pick up a piece of machinery in the morning. That will pretty much take up my Saturday. But, I will watch everything I eat - to ensure it goes in my mouth - hahaha. Just kidding; going to continue to be as smart about what I eat while traveling, as I do at home. - - What did one Illinois prison inmate say to the other? "The food was better when you were Governor."
