Feeling like absolute garbage today, horrible head cold. Made it to the gym anyways and did a spinning class, WOW love/hate that class! Did weights, and some floor stuff, was feeling pretty good while working out. Thanks happy chemicals- but feeling lousy now that im at work. :(

I'm sorry you're not feeling too good. I hope it gets better soon. I'm still debating if I should go on the bike. I am not sure if I have the energy. We'll see.
