Feeling like absolute garbage today, horrible head cold. Made it to the gym anyways and did a spinning class, WOW love/hate that class! Did weights, and some floor stuff, was feeling pretty good while working out. Thanks happy chemicals- but feeling lousy now that im at work. :( Hope your day has been well...
