I haven't weighed myself for 2 weeks, because I don't want to know. I have not been following any diet for the past 2 weeks. Mentally burned out, and physically trying to recover after another bout of a debilitating, shoulda-stayed-in-bed-for-a-week round of flu or some other respiratory crud. I took tomorrow off from work, so now that my lungs have healed, I'm going to try to get back on the (exercise) horse, a.k.a. my stationary bike. I already know the evening meal (my daughter's birthday) will not be diet friendly, so I am hoping to get back on track by exercising in the morning, and then behaving again with food starting Saturday.
