Its hard. 26 days with average 1,000 cal per day. Normal allowed 1800. No alcohol miss my wine. Large deduction of carbs. No bread, rice, patatoes etc we all no the no no foods. Still i get a carb reading from fruit and vegetables. Last week started KATO diet. Requires LARGE increase in fats this i am trying to achieve with 3 table spoons olive oil per day. A large amount of my daily calorie intake from olive oil. NO EXERCISE. All this my weight loss is slow.
