Took kids to sleep over at indoor water park- ran around like an animal for 2 days and ate bad food...hope it balanced out :) My poor back is not pleased. Combo of bad hotel bed, water slides, and no ice make my back say GRRRR. Im home and icing it now so I can make it thru my shift tonight. Hope all my FS buddies are having a great day!
