I work night shifts as well so I know you need your sleep. I have had great support here so I am hoping I encourage you like the fine people here have been doing for me. The exercising portion is under control for you! Wow! For someone who works nights that will be a great work out. Phase 1 is not that scary after your first couple of days. I prepared alot of my stuff ahead of time so that helped tremendously. Anyway, good luck on your journey and I am check often here so I am around.
