I think, with all the exercise I'm doing, I'm going to have to give myself the reality check that eventually I will not be losing weight anymore, even though I may be getting slimmer - I will be gaining muscle weight.
I think to track this and help keep myself positive, I will have to start recording my waist size in my daily journal entries.
