kingkeld's Journal, 10 November 2011

I kicked off about 600 grams of my re-gained weight since yesterday. That's pretty good. However, I'm afraid it's not fast enough for me to reach a new low before next Indulgence Day. Oh, well. There's not a whole lot I can do about it, unless I want to look at just dehydrating myself for the sake of the number (and I don't!).

The weight is coming off just fine, this is just a little hiccup, and nothing to worry about. I am much more curious as to what caused it. I think it came from the night I had the huge portion(s) of home made chili con carne. I stayed within my RDI (almost) that day, but the food really weighed me down. Also, the chili had tons of kidney beans, which I don't eat very often. Could this be it?

Now, what is REALLY interesting is that my body fat percentage is still in the 12% range. I would have thought it would have climbed higher by now, losing a good chunk of the weight. This is pretty cool, as I read it like I am STILL losing fat weight even if the scale doesn't show a weight loss. It comforts me, and makes me keep on rolling. :)

Today, I am working the long open-late shift. This means until 5 pm (yes, I know, we Danes have kick ass work hours!), and then home to relax. I have some music I want to practice, and get ready for Friday's rockout.

Have a great day, everyone! Life is good!

Are you still using your exercise bike? Could it be that you are getting buff????? Kidney beans turning into bunns of steel would have the same results you're seeing! XX

I still use the bike, but I doubt that I do it enough to get buff. Sadly, if that is the case then I need to quit doing it until I am below 77 kgs - goddamn doctors and their BMI references. For now, I will do as I have been doing and see where it takes me. I have plenty of time to lose the rest of the weight. I'll make it.
