I really wanted hot chocolate this morning! Coffee just wasn't interesting me today. Maybe its my sweet tooth. It's the powdered kind that I put in hot water but just for one serving 8oz was 180cals and of corset I have a 16oz mug. Maybe I should get a different brand that's fat free or something cuz this is crazy of having my calorie Intake so high for a so little breakfast. Does anyone know any good brands for simple low cal hot chocolate mix?
