I went to a wedding on Saturday. It was fab and I felt great. The dress fitted, maybe even too loosely. I ate a lot and danced a lot. Whatever damage was done, I am back on track today. Next week will be very healthy with fewer treats. Happy losing everyone!

Wedding can be so much fun. So glad you had a good time and in a loose fitting dress. Way to rock it. We have to enjoy what life has to offer and if need be make moderations to balance it out. So good for you that you indulged and moved on. You have been dedicated to come this far we know you will continue.

It was great fun! Life is so much more enjoyable again. Nevermind the small gain (less than a lb), it will come off soon.
