i have yet to find a reliable work out buddy.
I am scared of failing, which happens to me every time I start a new regimen, even if it's a new routine.
today i am just down in the dumps about everything and i start to emotional eat!
I catch myself and stop but the damage is made and I don't want to work out!
I'm trying to get the courage to do it all my own...but it's one battle that feels like an uphill one.
I'm trying not to let myself down :)
199.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.2 lb a week

Dont worry about failing! Everyone fails at something. Its just important that you pick yourself straight up and find a routine that YOU like, one that you want to do!

Thank you Scottie. I tend to lose sight of my needs sometimes.

Yea, thats why you need a routine you love! I have my running, but I feel last week and bruised all my left knee, so im a bit down this week :(
