First time ever that I gained weight in a week :-/
143.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Then your very lucky. Most of us have gains here and there. Great job on losing 32 pounds. Just keep going and it will go back down.

@Suzi thanks for the encouragement! @bumbeen yes now I think I should incorporate some exercise since I'm so close to my goal. Dieting won't cut it now I don't think.
