could be muscle gain...i wouldnt worry to much about it..if your not cheating..could just be water weight...

Hey, Sugar, you are right! Attitude is so important. I think we all have our unique issues, that we deal with. When you get to my age, you really try and assess how good you really feel each day. It seems to wander a bit. I am trying to get my working out more consistent and habitual. My body seems to have a different agenda, and I must respect it. I can't just go hog wild, like I tend to be programmed to do from my younger days. You are a very sweet lady, Sugar. I respect what you do here, REALLY!

I've come back to my senses. wannabhealthier, my clothes are still getting looser. Released another 1/4" on my hips since the last beast mode challenge. ---- I KNOW, not just believe that my oldest son's girlfriend will recover.
