Another wonderful morning on the treadmill. Did a little HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) this morning. Of course with me, right now, high-intensity is just falling forward a little faster. Maintaining the 227.5 lbs. Going to up the carbs a little today to kick the metabolism into gear; we'll see what happens.
