Here we go again...
Food yesterday was good. Nothing before my dinner but coffee and some diet soda while meeting a friend. I'm doing the 1 meal thing for Beast Mode, but really not seeing a difference in my body's reaction. I'll finish out the experiment but I think I'll go back to what I was doing (coffee in the am, 1130 lunch, 430 dinner). I was seeing similar but somewhat better results that way.
Anyway. Moving Mom's stuff went pretty smoothly, done with everything in about 3 hours, pod all packed. She has one of the granddaughters coming to help clean up and then Friday she will close on the house and be free of it for a while. She's ready for a break!
Got a fantastic deal on meat yesterday (boneless chicken 1.49/lb, London broil 1.99/lb, 80% hamburger 1.99/lb) so I'll be packaging and cooking today. Still need to get eggs and a few things at the store to round out the grocery shopping (7 eggs left...not enough).
