well, just as nell said about her bout of sickness, this is not my preferred method of dieting, but it does seem to bring about results. a week ago my boyfriend dumped me out of the blue after what i thought was 8.5 months of a good relationship, one that i thought things were going pretty well in. needless to say, i was a little hurt, confused, and betrayed feeling, and with the way it all came about, there were a couple of days that i couldn't eat and barely slept. then, to top it all off, i came down w/the flu in the middle of it all. so i've been laying in bed for a week, feeling like death, and not being able to eat much. not what i would have liked to happen, but i guess if there's a silver lining, i lost almost 10lbs and almost 3%body fat. if i can keep it off, maybe that's a jumpstart to me moving on and starting to get to like myself again.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
