This is what comes from going on holiday to Corfu, all inclusive. The only diet drinks available in our hotel were water and black coffee. I made the most of the local rum with cola! Very little in the way of healthy breakfast available - watermelon, greek yoghurt and tinned peaches in syrup so I filled up on croissants and beautiful crusty bread - with butter. Lunch and dinner consisted of fatty meats and chips with more bread. Lovely Greek dips but you need the bread to dip into them.
Back to being good now :-)

181.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
