Good morning all. I hope you had a safe and happy Independence Day. I did nothing all day except work out at the gym. I hope you all have a great day.

found out that if I eat less (portion control) I am still hunger and think about food more than if I just eat until full....will try this (watch what we eat, of course)....any thoughts?

When i first started, i was hungry on the days i came to work but on the wkends, i could go all day without eating. But with time, my body adjusted to what i put into it. Breakfast - cottage cheese (4% fat), 1 avocado. lunch - 3oz boars head turkey breast, one avocado, 3oz string cheese (3 sticks). sometimes i eat cauliflower and/or broccoli and/or celery.
