4 th ...that means monthly binge day! So no weigh in tomorrow only next Monday. ^.^ . Tomorrow is normal eat day and Wednesday fast day again, gotta give my body a break from all this food and then normal schedule again.
117.1 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
