I did fine this week. It wasn't the best week ever, and it was _that_ week of the month, so the results don't look great (even unfairly bad), but it seems to be the usual pattern that if one just keeps trying and sticking to the routine, it all evens out in a little while. I look forward to a more promising weigh-in next week, even despite Halloween.
