Am going to the gym this morning to work out some frustrations and see what i can handle...my knee is hurting a bit this morning but i am not going to let that stop me.....I NEED THE GYM this morning.

Frankie, for the most part the workout helps me with my mood. however today that is not the case. having a personal issue that is not helping so right now i am in the same mood i was when i went but at least i worked out. I did my upper body and torso and skipped the treadmill today.

and now i take my measurements and nothing with the exception of my hip measurement. only 3" there...not change or even a half inch larger in all the rest...UUUUGGGGGGHHHH!!!!

You just had a big drop. I guess everything has to redistribute itself for you to notice the inches. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. :)
