I might be making a mistake tonight. My son is coming home on leave for the weekend and he requested i make deep fried tacos tonight. So i will be doing so. I have only taken in approx 700 cal today and i plan on working out for a few minutes tonight. I also plan on having one taco and a small amount of sour cream tonight with him and my daughter. I can make adjustments this weekend for the one taco. I am going to enjoy it. I dont know how many calories will be in it i just know it will blow my count to H and back even though i am making them with ground turkey.

Navy, its one day. Enjoy the Tacos. Enjoy the time with your son. THIS is a time of Celebration. If you are in the challenge, then you will make it up over the next two weeks. The challenge isn't official until like 8 hours from now. so Eat your tacos with your son. I wish I could come, I love tacos. :(

KM, I will have to check to see if I joined the challenge. I dont remember. But after today's weigh in i think i could swing a taco or two. 5 more pounds gone. Dont know how but....I will take it.

SWEET!!!!! 5 pounds is a nice drop. And who cares where it departed from, as long as its gone. lol. Enjoy your family hun.

i had not one but two tacos last night with 2 tablespoons of sour cream. i am not going to put them on my food dairy because i already know they killed my calorie and macro count. i enjoyed just being with my both of my children and just talking and laughing so the calories i am not worried about this time but i will not allow that kind of calorie intake again for a long time.
