I never thought about taking a photograph of myself on the day I started my weight loss journey. It took me about 3 weeks to take one. The picture below shows me on 18/10/11 at 193.2lbs and again on 28/10/11 at 190.2lbs. Only a 3 pound difference between the photos but its nice to see the slight difference, very encouraging.

I plan to take pictures (from the same angles) every week from now on, so I have a picture journal of my journey. I can't wait to compare the first picture to the final picture, however long that may take.
