I'm still losing even though I am done with the rapid weight loss phase and HCG injections on the HCG diet. Today I am done with the stabilization phase. Now I get to go on to the maintenance phase. 1500 calories a day woo hoo! I can't wait to finally go running.
124.3 lb Lost so far: 9.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
