Despite the scale not showing much of a loss over this week (just over 1 pound), I can see the physical difference between a photo I took of myself last week and one I took today. Its a very rewarding thing to look at, especially as the scale has proven a bit of a dissapointment this week, although I know most of that is due to time of the month.
