tuna with mayo, chicken soup with very diced up pieces of meat and veggies...brocolli cheese soup, sugar free jello, mashed cauliflower (just make like you'd make mashed potatoes), canned veggies tend to be soft (green beans), if you like fish, that's pretty easy w/o having to chew.

When I had mine taken out, it was recommended that i eat a McDonalds shake with a spoon. It tastes good and is cold, which helps. It worked really well. Of course, that doesn't really help on a diet, but thought I would let you know.

I thought about doing lots of fruit smoothies... I also got cottage cheese. Taking these pain killers is going to make me pretty slow and unenergetic...I guess I'm a light weight for meds. I really try to avoid the strong stuff but with this I am caving and taking the prescription. I didn't get to take my 1st dose until 3:30ish, then I took some ibuprofen. I still have the headache I woke up with...even after taking the pain killer. This is going to be a fun weekend. I ended up not eating lunch and haven't figured out dinner yet, thinking of some type of veggie cooked really soft and some cottage cheese. I doubt my numbers are going to be where they should but all the suggested foods from the dentist aren't low-carb of course.
