since I've started working I haven't been able to workout this past week. its kinda made me mad with myself but hopefully once I get used to my feet and back aches I can get back to it in the am. but I'm still doing good. I haven't gained nothing. I've lost another ounce and now weighing at 125 pounds. so I'm still eating healthy I haven't been counting my calories because I haven't had the time but my eating habits are still the same just a lot less than usual so I'm fasting a lot but I hope everyone comes closer to their goals this week and next week. keep it up guys and don't give up (:

Yes, starting a new job can be hard mentally and physically. If you have a pedometer or fitbit, it's good to wear it so you can see how many steps you are walking and aim for 10,000 a day. Day's at work I can get close to 20,000 steps sometimes.
