I know I'm not suppost to weigh everyday but I do anyway. Its my only vice and to be honest I need it for motivation if I lose then I keep going the way I'm going and if I gain I know I ate too much the day before ect... So for now I'll keep doing it. With that said I lost another pound and I'm excited this diet is working so well. I shouldn't really call it a diet but reality is that its called Fat smash DIET so its a diet lol. Last night I wasn't too creative for dinner but I did come up with a great substitute for tortillas. Thought I would share...

Tortillas

1/2 cup eggwhites
2 packages of instant plain oatmeal
1/4 cup skim/lowfat milk


Blend all ingredients in a blender add whatever seasonings you'd like and cook like pancakes. Make as big or small as you'd like. I used pam olive oil spray in the pan to keep them from sticking. Turned out very well and we got to have veggie tacos was quite good. And great when your craving bread!
