Ok, I have been hesitating posting a journal entry, but here it goes. I was worried about my weigh in this week because we had a pot luck at church on Sunday and a pot luck at work yesterday. Plus my grandson's birthday was yesterday. Weighed in yesterday and was down the 3 lbs I had gained last week. I wanted to weigh myself today just to make sure how I did yesterday, I thought I did pretty well, and I was down another 2 lbs. Keeping fingers crossed that I am finally getting everything under control and am heading in the right direction.
