1 lb loss in 3 days .. I hope this is a sign that my body is adusting to these 4 mile runs I do every day... I am happy with the 1/2 lb weekly loss but loves the 1 lb loss every 3 days... I will run even harder tomorrow morn.... Happy Hump Day FS friends!!!
