Stressed out, and wanting ALL THE FOODS!
208.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 68.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Light incense, paint your nails, brush and floss, wash your car... Anything but don't give in!!

The best part about working in a grocery store is all the good fruit choices for snacks. The bad part is resisting the bakery. I feel your pain.

Stay strong. Know that you are in control of what you put in your mouth. I find such a sense of accomplishment in deciding when to eat certain foods and when to not eat them. Remember, this isn't a diet. You simply eat according to your goals. :)
