Happy Wednesday FS!

I'm doing ok with my food and water but trying to get in my exercise since I've been back to work is a struggle. I'm making it happen though. I still feel focused and I appreciate that. How many times I have slipped and thought, oh well, I'll start tomorrow or Monday or after this birthday or holiday. It truly is a life style change .... Patience the wisdom to accept. I think I'm there!

hmmmm...what can i do to get you more focused on what you want to achieve...i kno...a challenge...lol...have a great day....the closer you get to your goal weight, the harder you have to work at hitting it...your body knows how to make you struggle to get there....

You can do it, Java. You are doing it! Just keep up the good work, and get back on the horse when you fall off. We all do, once in a while, but we get back up and try again. I know you can do it. Have a great day and make good choices, honey. :-)

I think it's wonderful how you stay motivated..my life-philosophy is to begin tomorrow like a new day..and you are living proof that it works - and you've motivate others by your example which is something you should be very, very proud of! Keep focused - great job!!
