I haven't monitored my calorie intake in about 10 days and was surprised to see that I only gained 3-5 lbs. Its been a hectic couple of weeks with Ocala Highland Games, IO cookout, Biketoberfest and lots of motorcycle riding (500+ miles). I ate what I wanted without pigging out but I didn't incorporate any exercise expect Highland Games. Now I'm back at work, my controlled environment, where I will monitor my eating habits and exercise better.
I'm not looking forward to drill this weekend. We should get a workout of some sort to burn off whatever they feed us.
