so i was so scared ro weigh in today but after i found out that I lost 12 pounds in one month. I was so extremely happy (: I'm almost there! 17 more pounds to go!
280.0 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
