The weekend was a disaster diet-wise. Aside from the debacle at the PA Renaissance Fair which actually didn't hurt too much but I followed up by being bad on Sunday and have 22 hot wings from Pizza Hut! Ugh! Didn't even want to get on the scale this morning but knew I had better see the bad news. Wasn't as bad as I thought. Of course what didn't help is I just realized the tonic water I had bought last week was NOT diet tonic water and was 100 calories a glass! Ugh! I felt lousy this morning and almost did not get on the bike but I knew that would be worse then the over-eating. As long as I get back on the horse I can undo the damage. If I don't, that's the real damage.
