Had a little bit of a massively busy week and didn't get a chance to record a proper weigh in. Will do that tomorrow morning for sure! On a positive note, I have finally started drinking the recommended amount of water for a person to drink a day and WOW!v I think my kidneys haven't worked this hard in a very long time, lol. But surprisingly, it's almost like a flushing effect in the sense that I feel more light and not weighed down. If that makes sense, since I'm drinking about a gallon of water a day!
174.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
