Been a long struggle
Prednisone had me starting over
But I didn't give up

189.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb. Still to go: 34.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 0.5 lb a week

My support to you...I have asthma and are put on prednisone boom 20 lbs🙄
